Wounds (Bullet)

So today I was asked to pick a wound and lucky for me I got a Bullet wound. I think this will be quite and interesting wound to create as there's so much different shapes and sizes in what a bullet wound can look like.

whilst researching I've seen a few images of different types of bullet wounds,

The type of gun used and area to the body in which the person has received the trauma  will make the wound look different.

A shot to the head can result in bruised swollen eyelids, the face might also show signs of swelling and in some cases it affect the back of the head in which it would look like the victims brains are on show.

The area in which I have chosen to apply my mould will be inbetween the shoulder and collar bone. This area is a flesh wound and will appear quite deep on my model. The bullet wound in this area will be quite clean so blood will need to be focused on the wound itself and blood splatter.
